This Shipping Policy only applies to the UK.

Thank you for your purchase from LickiMat®! Your purchase will be delivered to you as soon as possible so you and your pet(s) can start enjoying.

In the UK, we use a variety of courier services and have introduced tracking on all shipments after 15/11/2023. Shipments generally take 2–3 business days from dispatch, but please allow up to 5 days. The flat rate of GBP 4.00 is subsidised and does not increase with order size.
